Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play). Billing terms are governed by your agreement with the respective app store.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled by the respective app stores according to their policies. We do not directly process refunds for app store purchases.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONGEVITEE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
